St Panteleimon 0 New Salamis 3
What a classic game League Champions New Salamis versus newly promoted St Panteleimon the second division champions and both teams coming into this game unbeaten.
St Panteleimon were quick to settle into their game and pressing the reds into not allowing them to get into their flow and in the process the Saints had a couple of chances to score and show determination to win.
But once New Salamis settled and moved the ball around they began to create their own chances and were rewarded with a headed goal from Kyri Portou not long after Kyri scored another when he went across the bye line and poked the ball into the back of the net.
After the break the Saints were still pounding away to get back into the game but the Reds put the final stamp on the game when the ball coming off from a Saints goalkeeper save went to Nico Muir who shot the ball back into the back of the net.
New Salamis must be favourites to win the League but St Panteleimon are looking good in the first division.

Cetinkaya Cinar 2 Pantel 1
Cetinkaya Cinar's first game at their new pitch in Clowes Sports ground and it didn't look good as they were only able to field 10 players, but they started the game in control and took the lead on 14 minutes. A Salih Karakis free kick coming off the head of a Pantel defender for 1-0.
Pantel piled the pressure on in the second half, but on 57 minutes Salih Karakis capitalised on a mix up in the Pantel defence and shot for 2-0. 7 minutes later Pantel were awarded a penalty and Rob Collins made no mistake with his kick for 2-1.
